The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay.

Unfortunately, the carpets in my room had a worn and dirty appearance, which detracted from the overall comfort.

The room was not as clean as should have been and the toilet did not work. Drains backed up in bathroom. Window seat was filthy. For it to be a non smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes.

Fine base for 1 night with very courteous staff from the housekeepers. In a good and excellent location right by restaurants and bars. 30 km from Columbia Metropolitan airport: D

Clean, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Rooms are on the run down side. Paint splattered on walls from ceiling, paint on carpet. Room was probably cleaner than it looked due to dark brown color painted on wall. Furnishings in room in need of replacement. no remote for the tv.

The price was right and you get what you paid for. Internet worked, cable worked, it didn't stink.

There was a used wash cloth still in the shower. The beds could use a mattress pad or replaced; they sink into the center and are not very soft.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers decent amenities.

Unfortunately, I found the overall cleanliness lacking. The carpets were not only old but also had a musty smell, quite off-putting. The bathroom fixtures were outdated and in need of repair, detracting from the comfort of our stay.

The staff is being professional.

The hotel has cheap and bright rooms with full kitchen and a Queen bed, as example. The location of the venue is particularly good, not far from restaurants and retail stores, about 5 restaurant, and Columbia, SC.

The free breakfast offered decent options and was in a functional dining area. My room had a quiet atmosphere, nice for restful sleep.

The facility needs significant updates, with outlets sparking when used and broken outlet covers causing frustration. Stains on furniture and a musty smell from the carpet give off a rather unpleasant vibe. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mildew and an overall lack of cleanliness.

Generally, really enjoyed this quirky accommodation with incredible staff from the housekeepers. Marvellous location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Springwood Lake.

the staff was incredibly attentive and excellent co-operating - i would stay here again. it was a good stay for one night during my hiking trip. the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice as for me. also, camping levesque was 4.4e+02 km away. bed was comfortable and the room was good-sized and cheap.

The breakfast was a highlight with excellent options, and my room was cozy despite being on the smaller side. the cleanliness wasn't up to par.

The location is fantastic, with many dining options nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The overall cleanliness is a major concern, with carpets that smell and bathrooms that show signs of neglect, including mold and rust. Breakfast options fall flat, with only stale muffins available. An iron board was strangely absent, and the minuscule microwave was unwelcoming. A lot of attention is needed to align the hotel experience with its online portrayal.

The Queen Room I stayed in was super clean and the beds were really comfy. Soft pillows made for a good night's sleep. I also loved that the breakfast had some decent options like a waffle maker. The staff was accommodating.
